Alamo Bowl tickets are the perfect stocking stuffer for your favorite college football fan. Since 1993, Christmas time in San Antonio has included the Alamo Bowl.
The 2009 game matched Michigan State against the “home” team Texas Tech. The game was a high octane shootout that saw the Red Raiders rack up 41 points against the Michigan State Spartans who also had a high output of points with 31. In the 2008 version of the Alamo Bowl teams from the University of Missouri Tigers (9-3) and the Northwestern University Wildcats (9-4) put on a sizzling game that was watched by over 7 million fans on ESPN. Soon after The teams were selected, the Northwestern's head Coach, Pat Fitzgerald, was named as a finalist for the Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year.
